 Heidi is the co-owner of Colibri Coffee and a proud U.S. veteran who spent nine years serving in the Arizona National Guard, including a deployment to Afghanistan. Her call to service continues today through her dedication to community and connection.

A lover of books, music, and art, Heidi can often be found cozied up with a cup of coffee and a good story. Her creativity and compassion shine through in everything she does, from supporting local causes to shaping the welcoming atmosphere at Colibri Coffee.

 Kathryn is an Arizona native whose journey has taken her from 12 years of service in the Army Reserves and National Guard—including two deployments—to building a community-focused coffee business. A lifelong lover of the outdoors, she enjoys fly fishing, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Her passion for coffee—and the way it brings people together—inspired her and her wife, Heidi, to create Colibri Coffee, a space where great flavor and local connection meet. Kathryn prefers lighter roasts for their bright, citrusy notes and recommends Tail Wind to anyone who shares her taste for a smooth, vibrant cup.
